California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the Alcheme Privacy Policy and applies solely to California consumers. It provides additional details about the personal information we collect and the rights afforded to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
For purposes of this Notice, "personal information" has the meaning given in the CCPA/CPRA and does not include information that is exempt from their scope.
1. Personal Information We Collect
During the twelve (12) months preceding the Effective Date, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers:
A. Identifiers – such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, unique personal identifier, online identifier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.
B. California Customer Records Information – such as name, address, telephone number, credit‑card or debit‑card number, or other financial information.
C. Protected Classification Characteristics – Not actively collected. Examples include age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, disability, sex, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, and genetic information.
D. Commercial Information – records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
E. Biometric Information – Not collected. Includes genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics such as fingerprints, faceprints, or voiceprints.
F. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity – browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with the Platform, Site, or advertisements.
G. Geolocation Data – general physical location or movement data.
H. Sensory Data – Not collected. Examples include audio, electronic, visual, thermal, or similar information.
I. Professional or Employment‑Related Information – such as current or past job history or performance evaluations.
J. Non‑Public Education Information – Not collected. Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf.
K. Inferences – profiles reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, or aptitudes.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- Providing and operating our services;
- Customer support and communications;
- Marketing and advertising our products and services;
- Improving our services and developing new features;
- Security monitoring and fraud prevention; and
- Compliance with applicable laws.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to third parties for the business purposes identified in our Privacy Policy. In the past twelve (12) months, such disclosures have been made to:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics);
- Business partners who help deliver or integrate our services; and
- Affiliated companies within the Renn Labs group.
4. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Alcheme does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
5. Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA
As a California resident, you have the following rights (subject to certain exceptions):
- Right to Know – request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected, used, or disclosed.
- Right to Delete – request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
- Right to Correct – request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt‑Out – opt‑out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not currently sell or share personal information).
- Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information – limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information collected or processed for inferring characteristics (we do not engage in such processing).
- Right to Non‑Discrimination – not be discriminated against for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights.
6. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, submit a verifiable consumer request by either:

- Visiting https://alcheme.ai.
Only you—or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf—may submit a verifiable request related to your personal information.
7. Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty‑five (45) days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to ninety (90) days), we will notify you in writing of the reason and expected extension period.
8. Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion and at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Notice on our website and revise the effective date.
